Because of financial limitations, I jumped at the opportunity to order a "factory second" desk when I saw the ad online. UPS delivered the desk and the packaging was in shambles so I contacted the company. I received a response immediately and the customer service could not have been better. So friendly and accommodating. It was incredible! I never see customer service like that anymore. I would recommend this company to anyone, just for that. It is an extra bonus that they provide quality products.

United StatesInteresting Modular Design But Challenging Ergonomics
I purchased this desk (although the price was marginally higher than the electronic sit-stand desk I was considering) because I am a huge fan of thoughtful design, eco-friendly materials, hand-made furniture and modular style. This checked all the boxes. However, I regret my decision for two main reasons. I work in the Tech industry and spend 8-10 hours a day at my workstation, and this setup is not AS modular as it is marketed to be. Secondly, its ergonomics are not stand-desk friendly. Delving into the first point: You can (on paper) switch this to sit mode just by removing two of the wooden plugs and repositioning the surface to a lower notch, BUT when you have a whol setup of 2 monitors, 1 laptop and various other devices, you will NEVER manage to do so. Hence it is NOT a sit-stand desk strictly speaking. To the second point, the laptop stand that comes with the system is NOT the right height per ergonomic rules, so you are bending your head, turning your head, squinting and what not, to see what is on your laptop screen. Not good for your neck muscles. Last but not least, I bought the extension unit to put my printer, and my monitor arm hinge and the upper shelf wing (extends behind the rest of the parts) prevent me from being able to push this against the wall. I feel the width of the upper shelf (of my extension unit) is too narrow to keep anything on it, and it just ends up gathering random items. Not useful storage/shelving at all in my opinion. I would buy this in a heartbeat if I needed to work intermittently out of a small apartment and used only my laptop, but not if you are in my current work situation.

I needed a desk that allowed me to adjust how I work from day to day or by the week. I ordered a standing desk to keep my back strong and allow me to move around more. I’m really satisfied with my Work From Home desk and it was extremely easy to assemble. No tools or nails/screws needed! Love it!

So far this desk is working out excellently. The desk was very easy to put together and offers height adjustment to match your standing height or convert to a sit-down desk. I'm excited to add some attachments to the desk make it a customized work station. That said, the desk is plenty big and the top brace allows for two small monitors to sit elevated above the desk (note, the "top shelf" add-on would improve this). There are only a couple of very minor scuffs that make this desk a Factor Second. Very pleased.
